Learn to swim

The most important reason is that swimming is the only sport which can save your life. . Drowning is still one of the most common causes of accidental death in people, so being able to swim is an essential life-saving skill. There are huge physical benefits to swimming, such as the full-body cardiovascular and respiratory workout. This develops a person’s stamina, flexibility and muscle strength using the water as resistance—and also builds their concentration. People who swim tend to be stronger and more coordinated.

Learn to swim for children are done one on one and from ages 5 and older, only once a child has progressed to a satisfactory level of swimming, will he be moved into a group class. Adult learn to swim is done in groups (max 4) or individually.
